Cast: 

Miss Trent : Naomi Denny

Naomi is a graduate of Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company, and was awarded the prestigious Stage Scholarship 2017. She is an actress and theatre maker; she recently wrote and directed 'Essentially Black', a piece focusing on the mixed race experience, and was also accepted into Soho Theatre Writers programme. Most recently, she played 'Hel' in Offie-nominated immersive show 'Valhalla'. Naomi has recently played the following roles: Hamlet & Guildenstern (Hamlet), Duke of Exeter (Henry V), Satin (The Lower Depths), & Huma (All About My Mother). 

Mr Noyes : Stephen A Osborne

Stephen spent 6 years as part of the performance collective The Beltane Fire Society and worked at

the immersive performance venue ‘The Big Red Door’ (Edinburgh). Stephen trained at The Poor

School in Kings Cross.

Director : Stanley Walton


Stanley is a director that focuses primarily on collaborating on new writing, priding himself on developing ideas with writers from scratch to eventual production. He went to the University of Hull Scarborough Campus where he got a BA (Hons) in Theatre and Performance. As well as directing several premieres he also relishes the challenges in restaging established plays. He’s also learnt from assisting directors such as, Justin Audibert, Jamie Rocha Allan, James Farrell, Alan Lane and Dan Phillips.

Writer : James Goss

James Goss is a Sunday Times bestselling author. His version of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency has played worldwide for two decades and won the LA Weekly Best Adaptation award. He's written quite a few science fiction books (winning a Scribe Award), a volume of Doctor Who poetry (and always likes it when people get tattoos baesd on it). Most importantly, one of his audiobooks was Closer Magazine's "Must Listen While Tanning On The Beach" pick for 2010. 

Sound Design : Simon Arrowsmith

Simon graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first-class BA Hons and later a Masters in Contemporary Arts. His performance work has been selected for festivals and showcases including Manchester’s Greenroom, London’s ICA, and as part of the National Review of Live Art. Composition and sound design includes Checkpoint Chana (Finborough), The View from Nowhere (Park Theatre), Something Something Lazarus (King’s Head Theatre) April in Paris (English Theatre of Hamburg), Two Gentlemen of Verona, Jekyll & Hyde (White Horse Theatre, Touring Germany), The Lesson (Off West-End Award Nomination for Sound Design) and Thrill Me (The Hope Theatre).

Producer : Orange Shade Productions

Orange Shade Productions was created as a space for new exciting and challenging work to be developed and presented. 

We have worked with the Tate Modern, National Trust, National Archives, In Transit Festival, Deer Shed Festival, Prince Charles Cinema, BFI, Nuffield Southampton Theatres, and artists such as Janet Gershlick, Dandy Darkly, James Goss, Lili La Scala and others. 

We were thrilled to work with the London Lovecraft Festival this year to run a new writing competition this year where we discovered winning entry 'The Collectors Of Screams' by James Goss which we are proud to present in a full production at the London Horror Festival.

Producer / Designer : Ralph Bogard

Ralph is an accomplished performer and entertainment maker. His work has been seen all over the world. Aside from many acting and directing credits including NYC, London's West End and venues such as The Globe, Sadlers Wells, The Old Vic and more. Ralph has developed a passion for developing new exciting projects. His experience working in immersive theatre and also live cinematic events have led him to create the hugely successful 'Greatest Showman : Sing Along' events which has sold out number 1 venues across the UK. He is also currently the creative consultant and performance director for the BFI's musical season. He has also directed many projects including the acclaimed immersive heritage projects 'The Caravan Society' & 'Sufferagette City' both with The National Trust and National Archive in site specific west end locations. 'When The Sky Falls In' which went to the Edinburgh Fringe festival and has toured internationally. At last years London Horror Festival he directed 'The Thing On The Doorstep: Asenaths Tale'. @RalphBogard 

 

Associate Producer : Sophie London

Sophie London, better known as Solo, is a full-time Arts Marketer and freelance Stage Manager

and technician. Solo also reviews theatre and film and in recent years has written for Total

Theatre Magazine, To Do List, LGBTQ Arts Review and The Acting Hour.

Recent credits include: COAT (Yomi Ṣode, Roundhouse, BAC, Brighton Festival and national

tour); I Got Dressed In Front Of My Nephew Today, Balancing Acts, I Would Like To Get To Know You (Feral Foxy Ladies) and You (Longsight Theatre) all at VAULT Festival.

Other credits include: Re:Play (Southbank Centre); The Treason Show (Brighton Komedia and

tour); Kinky Boots (The Adelphi Theatre); Show Boat, School of Rock (The New London/ Gillian

Lynne Theatre).
